The Department of Mechanical Engineering began its journey in 2004 and has grown into a vibrant hub of innovation, learning and excellence. With NBA accreditation through 2028, the department blends classical mechanical engineering with emerging technologies — preparing future-ready engineers who can design and develop intelligent engineering solutions.

Our students gain expertise in Smart Manufacturing, Electric Vehicles, Mechatronics & Automation, Thermal & Energy Systems, CAD/CAE/CFD Design, AI & Data-Driven Engineering and Industry 4.0 — backed by an autonomous curriculum, advanced laboratories and strong industry collaborations.
